Further Information

Qiaoyue Ren joined the lab in 2020 as a PhD student after completing the master programme of cognitive neuroscience at the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her master thesis was about the relationship between empathy and pain perception. Now she aims to investigate how cardiac interoceptive processing influences the way human perceive and react to the external world using behavioural methods, EEG, etc.
